This was the first time I shot a runway show during New York Fashion Week. It was important to me to work for a brand that peaked my interest. Studio 189 was the first black owned brand I noticed so I reached out to their contact immediately. Low and behold, I received a response within a couple of days and was granted the opportunity to photograph their show. I had an amazing time from beginning to end. The brand was co-founded by Rosario Dawson and Abrima Erwiah. Their online shop can be found here
